At Bionic, we are looking for new team members to strengthen our team on Regeringsgatan in Stockholm.

We are seeking someone who can take on the role of Assistant Studio Manager. This role requires you to be a trainer, to structure the work in the studio, and to achieve set goals. As a leader, you have an operational focus but are also responsible for analysis, follow-up, and executing the necessary activities. Together with your colleagues, you will also be responsible for the daily operations of the studio, training clients, scheduling, sales, and results. You will naturally be part of the staffing at the reception with working hours on days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

- You should be a licensed personal trainer or have equivalent education at the university level along with relevant work experience.

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- You should have worked as a personal trainer for a few years and have an easy time working with people.

- Good customer service and sales experience are a must.

- Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems easily.

As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented, and possess strong leadership qualities. You are confident in yourself, clear in your communication skills, and passionate about helping people lead a healthy life. Furthermore, you work in a structured and organized manner and are proactive and decisive.

The position is 75% with varied working hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

The position is expected to start in January 2026.
